The Pond restaurant part of Artini Bali Group, located in Jalan Pengosekan Ubud – Gianyar Bali. The Pond Restaurant has opened in August 2009, the restaurant builder and decorated with Balinese architect, for energetic vibrant color natural materials and classic colonial terracotta all with contemporary minimalist twist typically Balinese. the property has un opened feeling over looking extensive large lotus pond. You can dine at table or lounge on traditional mattress. The Pond restaurant has a seating capacity of 225 seats, which consists of the first floor 75 seats, Japanese corner 50 seats, and second floor 100 seats.
The Pond serves International cuisine from various countries, Europe, Asia, Japan and Indonesia. In addition to serving delicacies the Lotus Pond Restaurant has a beautiful and widely used as a backdrop for making a photo by guests who having lunch or dinner at the Pond restaurant.
The Pond Restaurant serves ala ‘carte menu as a wide assortment of salads such as Caesar salad, Crab meat cake and avocado salad, fresh garden salad, any kind of soups such as, seafood Tom Yam Gong, Pumpkin Soup, Mushroom Soup, Main course such as, various types of sandwiches, burgers, any kind of pasta, Pizzas, Grilled Prawn, Tenderloin black pepper steak oriental style, Grill tenderloin steak with gravy sauce, Asia cuisine such as’ Chicken tandori, Chicken teriyaki and many others. The Pond also has Japanese corner which serve various types Sushi roll and other Japanese food suck as chicken katsu, Katsudon, Soyu ramen, Miso ramen and still many other foods. We have the tower dessert brownies highly favored guests.
For guests who want to learn a Balinese cooking, The Pond presents training which we call Cooking class in the package guests will be driven to the traditional market to be introduced to the atmosphere of traditional markets and see a wide range of food ingredients from vegetables, meat, fish, and various types of fruits.
